Your Trusted Partner in Association Management Success
We want to make sure that you’re aware of important documents that we may reference:
The project charter - The project charter outlines your high level goals, who is working on your projects, a timeline, milestones and your scope of work.
The change order form - The change order. This is used when you identify a project your want to work on outside of the scope of work. It might be replacing a project you no longer want to pursue, or it might be in addition to that. Your point of contact will bring up the change order when you need it.
The service level agreement - The service level agreement will describe many types of projects and their estimated timeline. This will be helpful for planning your work.
The research agreement – This is used when you want our team to investigate if YM is appropriate for one of your business processes. This is usually used for very unusual processes that aren’t standard for YM. The agreement provides a format to make sure that we understand your goals and how much time you want us to spend on this.
