Melinda co-founded Starkweather Association Services with Joe Plasterer. She has extensive background in communications and information technology and has served on state and US congressional campaigns. She developed Starkweather’s Cirrus Change Readiness toolset and protocol. She focuses on creating organizations that thrive in change. Melinda has been certified in change management since 2010, and coordinates the change management initiative.
